★ Guests will have access to all areas of the house. Garage usage is only limited to do laundry and for access to the backyard. There is plenty of private parking space in the driveway. ★ Please note there is absolutely no parties allowed. Any large social gatherings or parties will be removed from the premise immediately and termination of this agreement. This would be STRICTLY enforced.

★ Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $30 ★ Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided. However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the nearby grocery to replenish some things, like paper products. ★ Please be aware there is additional 20 fees for BBQ Grill and Utensils usage. Let us know ahead of time so we can move it from storage. If you use the outdoor grill, please kindly clean it and cover it up after each use. The umbrella should be folded in. ★The house is conveniently located just a few miles from the interstate and in close proximity to major attractions. Please be aware there is usually a light ambient traffic noise outside the house and occasional barking from a friendly neighborhood dog.
